Finish line
August is fast approaching and it's time to finalise stock for the arts stall. I'm so happy with the new arrivals in the post and it makes me more excited about selling my artwork. Now comes the task of pricing which I always find hard as I always underestimate my work.

I know I shouldn't worry but the bf is away in London because of his CGD. Recent attacks of terrorism has made me worry even more for him but we stand strong as a nation of awesome people.
It's odd how I was single for so long and now with the bf being away for a couple of days from our home I really miss m partner in crime. It's nice to get my mind off things using art as a tool.

Questions, questions and more questions.
Starting out is a scary decision to make. At the minute I'm having to choose the images that I want to use for different products. Then there's working out file formats for things like the pocket mirrors as a JPEC file is hard for the supplier to use so I've had to change the image to a PSD file. Also there's the question of how to package the products and I'm finding Illustrator Youtubers such as Fran Meneses, Audra Auclair and holly exley so useful. Cutting back on costs and seeing what looks professional is such a great fountain of knowledge.
It's just stuff that you don't think about until you come across them and it's a positive step just more pressure. However I'm thinking positive and how can you not with looking at cute things like Corgis? Hopefully everything will be ready for the arts stall.

Product designs
It's less than 3 months now till I begin my first art stall. I chose to finally sell products which has been scary but at the same time such a great learning experience. I've been getting used to using Illustrator software.
The designs themselves are simple as I want them to be graphic to compliment the products that they are going to be on. I did find it hard change the specs to fit in for the templates of the company that make the items but it means I can use the software with more ease now.
Hopefully the products will look awesome when I receive them as I have high expectations for them!
